The Louisiana Office of Public Health engaged Franklin to help us develop a one-of-its-kind program to engage young people and encourage them to promote the COVID-19 vaccination to their friends and family. Building the program from the ground up, the Franklin team recruited more than 900 young people in its first eight months. We are confident the framework developed by Franklin and OPH will serve as a nationwide model for other states and health departments who are seeking innovative ways to reach young people.
