Leah Mellem

Leah Mellem is a life-long Louisiana native and has been in the hospitality industry for over a decade. She previously worked as the event coordinator for the LSU Alumni Association and Ruffino’s on the River. With customer care and relationship building being key focuses in her career, she strives to make every guest’s experience exceptional.

Leah joined the Franklin team in March 2024, and currently works as The Executive Center’s event coordinator. Her goal is to help The EC flourish in the Baton Rouge community. When Leah is not in the office or coordinating events for the Franklin team, you can find her cheering on the LSU tigers.
