Ayiana Givens began working with Franklin Associates in 2024. As a Staff Accountant, she leverages her expertise in auditing and cost accounting to aid the operations team in verifying the financial accuracy of Franklin programs and projects. Additionally, she has an unwavering passion for budgeting and variance analysis as exhibited by her experience supporting operations for Teachers’ Retirement System of Louisiana (TRSL).
